110 Restaurant is situated within Edinburgh Circus Casino in Fountainpark, with stylish, contemporary surroundings and state of the art gaming. Worth a visit to experience the wonderful 110 restaurant, which is gaining rave reviews from press and punters and has been visited twice by celebrity chef Jean - Christophe Novelli.
The striking glass kitchen allows you to watch the Head Chef and his team as they work to create your culinary masterpieces, from freshly made Soup of the day and Lobster Risotto through to the finest Scottish Aberdeen Angus Steaks, char grilled to perfection. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises by the team of chefs, using only the finest produce. As you would expect, the quality of the food is matched by exemplary service and the whole team are dedicated to making your night out as memorable as possible.
THE CHEF
Stuart was born in Kirkcaldy, Fife with a broad Scottish background trained in the famous Loch Green House Hotel with award winning chef Bill Costley. Starting as a kitchen porter Stuart quickly progressed to become head chef before the age of 19. Whilst heading the team at St Andrews parklands hotel won 2 awards for menu of the day at Glasgow and Perth.
Stuart's dedication to his profession is reflected with our successful launch and on going success of the 110 restaurant which opened in June 2007 which offers a truly top class dining experience. With numerous and frequent customer accolades Stuart has built up an envious reputation and delivers a constant high standard of tasty dishes that would tempt any palette.
