Circus Casino, Stoke-On-Trent is launching it’s new menu from Jean-Christophe Novelli, the nation’s favourite French chef and TV personality.
Jean Christophe Novelli will cook up a feast and prepare some
dishes from the menu, including a mouth-watering desert to help
showcase the new menu.
The partnership will see the creation of Novelli’s own signature
menu to further strengthen the Casino’s premium restaurant offer.
Novelli, who launched his first UK restaurant in 1996, has
delivered a tailored training programme for the Casino’s top chefs
at his own academy in Hertfordshire.
Jean-Christophe Novelli said: “I am very excited to be working with
Genting Stanley and the Circus Casino at a time when they are
leading the way in creating a premium casino experience across the
country. I love the idea of taking my food to new audiences in a
different leisure environment,” he said.

Circus Casino Manchester, Mint Casino Southend, and Circus Casino Nottingham were the venues hosting the first ever Genting Stanley National Poker Championships over five days with a £150,000 prize money guaranteed.

The main event at Nottingham (held at the Circus Casino) started with 89 players and a prize pool of £44,500 that was topped up to £50,000 by Genting Stanley. There were six Poker in the Pub representatives taking part against some very experienced players.
