Cai (from Caipirinha) offers the very best in cocktails, mixed by experts using only the finest spirits and ingredients. Our signature cocktail, “Caipirinha” is Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça (sugar cane rum), sugar and lime and delivers a real taste of Latin America.
