1. Agreement between player and Genting Casinos Ltd
1.1. Genting Platinum VIP Cashback (cashback scheme) is offered to you on the condition that you accept the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Your participation in the cashback scheme constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. The promoter is Genting Casinos Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
1.2. By joining the Genting Platinum VIP Cashback scheme you accept that we can email you information relating to the cashback scheme, which is vital to us communicating cashback amounts and changes to levels.

2. Modifications
2.1. Genting Casinos Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the cashback scheme is offered at any  time. These updates will take effect as soon as they are communicated on this page of this website. It is your responsibility to check for any changes or modifications.
2.2. Please note that the rates of cashback we pass on to you are determined by the rate of commission that we get from Circuspoker.co.uk.
2.3. You will be given written notice of any extraordinary change (any change outside of the normal monthly changes) in your rate within 7 working days. Ordinary changes (monthly banding moves) will take place on or around the first of each month.
2.4. It is your responsibility when signing up to Circuspoker to ensure you are not contravening any rules or laws that govern online gaming in your country / territory or state.

3. Payments, Chargebacks and Bonuses
3.1. Circuspoker have the right to withhold commission from Genting Casinos Ltd in the event that they believe that a player has used their poker account fraudulently.
3.2. Genting Casinos Ltd is paid commission based on the net poker revenue generated by Genting Casinos Ltd customer who hold an account and play with Circuspoker. Net poker revenue is the standard measure for calculating commission and cash back and includes deductions from gross rake / fees including royalty fees, bonuses, fraud and chargebacks. Poker software systems such as Poker Office and Poker Tracker do not provide accurate data.
3.3. The monthly reports that Genting Casinos Ltd gets from Circuspoker are final. If you feel the amount of cashback generated is wrong, please contact our VIP Poker Manager at vippokermanager@gentingcasinos.co.uk and we will investigate the query on your behalf. All queries should be made within 14 days from the date of the monthly report.
3.4. Queries cannot be dealt with by casino based staff and the decision of the VIP Poker Manager at Genting Casinos ltd is final..
3.5. By signing up with Circuspoker for cashback via Genting Platinum VIP Cashback scheme you are granting us permission to view reports containing your personal details and playing history with Circuspoker and Circuscasino.
3.6. Payments will be made into your Circuspoker account within 72 hours of the report being issued.
3.7. Players in the Platinum VIP Cashback scheme will not be eligible for any other Circuspoker VIP scheme.
3.8. The levels illustrated below are calculated based on online play only with Circuspoker, play in Genting Casinos is not eligible for cashback.

4. Unlawful or Prohibited Use

4.1. As a condition of your participation in the Genting Platinum VIP Cashback scheme, you commit to Genting Casinos Ltd that you will not use

the cashback scheme or Circuspoker for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
