The WorldCard Reward Card gives you instant access to our loyalty scheme.

When you come to the casino and play any slot or electronic gaming machine, gaming table, eat or drink at the restaurant, you'll be rewarded with points.

How Do I Earn Points?

Hand your Reward Card over at a gaming table, insert it into any slot or electronic gaming machine or present it to restaurant staff when you come to pay. Your points will automatically be added to your account.

There are two types of points you will collect.
• Gaming Points whenever you play slots, electronic games or bet on the tables
• WorldCard Points for food and drink purchases from the restaurant.

You can convert WorldCard Points into Gaming Points should you wish, if your preference is gaming rewards (minimum 100 points).

How Do I Check My Points Balance?

Simply insert your card into any one of our special Reward Card i-kiosks found around the club and touch the Account Details on-screen button.

Are you a slots or electronic game player? At this casino, you will need your Reward Card to cash-out. You can still insert coins and notes as
before.

How Do I Spend My Points?

Simple.

1. For slots or electronic gaming rewards, just Insert your card into any machine and you can use our unique PointsPlay feature to instantly convert your Gaming Points into credits (minimum 500 up to a maximum of 2,000 Gaming Points).

2. Insert your card into any Reward Card i-kiosk, touch the Spend Your Points
on-screen button and follow the simple instructions and make your choice.
or
3. You can pay for food and drinks with your points at the restaurant just by handing over your Reward Card to a member of staff.

Reward Card And Cashless Slots And Electronic Gaming

Your Reward Card also stores cash electronically, commonly known as e-cash.

Simply load up your card at the cashdesk, insert your card in the machine and you can play without coins and notes.

You Can Only Cash Out Via Your Reward Card

When you come to cash-out from a slot or electronic gaming machine, your money will automatically be transferred, as e-cash, to your Reward Card.

Simply take your reward Card to the cashdesk and you will be paid out in the normal way as if you were cashing in tickets or chips.
