Fox Poker Club

Genting UK announces its purchase of Fox Poker Club in London and will add it to its Genting Casinos portfolio of venues.

Fox Poker Club is London’s only fully licensed and dedicated poker club, prominently situated on Shaftesbury Avenue in the heart of London’s West End, founded by Chris North and Ian Hogg 2005 after spotting a gap in the poker market, indicated by the demand created by the online poker revolution.

The club was granted a full UK casino licence in 2008 and it opened in September 2010, after securing fundraising of approximately £1 million. The establishment now employs over 80 staff and has over 20,000 members in just over 12 months. The club continues to make a healthy profit and is experiencing record week-on-week trading.
 

The club will continue to operate as a poker club with manager, Simon Tomsett at the helm.
