Terms and Conditions of Entry

3. The value and details of the chip warrant will be shown on the front of the chip warrant and must match the validating system to be eligible for redemption, if no voucher is issued the manager will explain the value and details of the warrant to you.
4. Valid for the customer named on the chip warrant only or for the customers who is issued the chip warrant from the manager.
5. Not transferable or redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
6. No change will be given.
7. Unless specifically stated on the voucher as a single bet, the chip warrant may be broken down into smaller promotional bets subject to the table minimum.
8. Chip Warrants are only valid on Live Table Games subject to the table availability at the time of redemption.

How to Redeem

10. If the Chip Warrant is an external chip warrant, then it should be taken to the cash desk where it will be validated prior to any promotional chips being issued.
11. If successfully validated, the cashier will present the customer with promotional chips to the value stated on the validating system.
12. Once issued with the promotional chips, the customer should proceed to take the promotional chips directly to the table.
13. Specific Game Conditions Additional specific restrictions for each individual game apply as shown below: a. On Roulette Single / Double Zero – On the following outside bets • 1 to 18, Even, Red, Black, Odd, 19 to 36 if zero comes in, the promotional bet will lose. b. Blackjack / PTCP and Progressive Ultimate Poker - Chip Warrants and the associated promotional chips can’t be used on any progressives.
    On Blackjack - You may Double Down or Split at your own cost if you have no remaining promotional chips. c. Baccarat - In the event of a tie the promotional chips / chip warrant will be returned and may be used on a subsequent hand.

General Terms

14. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
15. The Promoters reserve the right to: a. Refuse to accept any chip warrant if a chip warrant appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed; b. Void any chip warrant (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; c. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or d. Exclude participation where entrants are or have been subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
16. In the event that a participant who has received a chip warrant has their membership to Genting Casino revoked or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion.
17. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager.
18. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.

Irregular Play

1. The promotor reserves the right to cancel and void all or part of the Chip Warrant promotional value in the event that the customer is participating in irregular play that the promotor, in our sole discretion deem to be abusive.
2. The word ‘irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any of the following practices:-

• On Roulette in a single spin, one or more of:-

o Covering 24 or more of the 37 available numbers o Betting on All Spread Bet Outside Bets o Betting on Red and Black o Betting on Odds and Evens o Betting on both 1-18 (inclusive) and 19-36 (inclusive) o Betting on all three columns of the table layout o Betting on all three dozens.

• On Baccarat betting on both the Banker and Player on the same coup

3. Where customers are suspected of abusing a chip warrant, either on their own or in association with other customers, the promotor reserves the right to restrict the customer from any further chip warrants.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England (in relation to our casinos located in England) and the laws of Scotland (in relation to our casinos located in Scotland) and the courts of England and Scotland (respectively) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
