Overview
Instagram competition to be in with a chance to win one New Years Eve Event entry ticket, valued at £50 and one glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne, at the Palm Beach Casino.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
Terms & Conditions of Entry
- Promotion starts Thursday 26th December 2024 at 12:00
- Promotion ends Saturday 28th December 2024 at 12:00.
- This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
- The winner/s will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
How to Enter
- The Promotion is featured on Instagram.
- The competition post will be featured on Palm Beach Instagram page.
- To enter; you must be following ‘palmbeachmayfair’ Instagram account, like the original competition post and comment with who you would bring if you won. (one entry per person)
- An additional entry can be gained for sharing the competition on your story.
Prize/s
- One ticket to the New Years Eve event at The Palm Beach Casino 31/12/2024.
- One glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne
Prize Terms and Conditions
- The prize entitles the winner to one New Years Eve Event entry ticket, valued at £50 and one glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne, upon entry
- Genting operates a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.
- The prize must be redeemed on 31.12.2024.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Selection of Winner(s)
- All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw. A third party-algorithm will be used to randomly select winners from all entries.
- The winner/s will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post on 28.12.2024. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact the winner. If after we have made 4 attempts, over 48 hours, and the winner does not respond, the prize will be forfeited. To claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.
- In the event that a participant has their membership to The Palm Beach revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from any further participation in the promotion.
General Terms
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: - i. technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor ii. Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.
- The Promoter reserves the right to: I. Amend, alter, or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. II. Void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms. III. Terminate any entry (including winning entries) where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta.

- All data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter Privacy policy that is available at Reception and https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/privacy-policy/ Surname and County of the Prize Draw winner will be available until 31.01.2025 by contacting Marzia Passarello (Marzia.Passarello@thepalmbeach.co.uk)
- You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by contacting Lucy Sedlbauer (Marzia.Passarello@thepalmbeach.co.uk) nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.
- Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will be processed by the promoter, not Instagram. Responsible Gambling Genting Casinos recognises that a small proportion of its Patrons may experience problems as a result of their gambling. Genting Casinos are committed to a policy of promoting a responsible attitude to gambling and provides free literature within its casinos for the information and benefit of all. Genting Casinos will ensure that its management and staff are aware of this issue so that they may assist wherever possible. Genting Casinos operate SENSE (Self-Enrolment National Self Exclusion) scheme so if you would like to discuss your gambling, please speak to a member of the management team.

- Any comments that contain spam (irrelevant links or repeated self-promotion), hate speech, offensive, abusive or discriminatory language will be removed.
- Any sexually explicit material or material containing nudity will be removed.
- Content in violation of Genting UK copyright or intellectual property rights and confidential, proprietary business information is prohibited.
- We do not allow any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/commentary.
- Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys will not be allowed. This includes legal action involving Genting Casinos UK or any of its properties, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Genting Casinos UK or its properties, or offering other legal advice.
- Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Genting Casinos UK team.
- People who repeatedly abuse this policy will be blocked from our channels. To avoid being blocked please think before you post.
- All content shared on any of Genting Casinos UK social channels is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.
