My Genting Promotional TERMS AND CONDITIONS (1.8)

All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. This promotion is open to all Genting Customers aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
2. For point redemptions and rewards you must be a member of Genting Casinos, registered for the Loyalty Programme and over the age of 18. If not registered Customers can sign up on the day of entry. Genting operate a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.
3. All offers redeemed from the kiosk at the casino will be valid on the day of redemption at that casino only unless a greater period is stated.
4. All free point offers will be valid for 12 months once redeemed from the kiosk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the My Genting scheme, for the full My Genting T&C’s click here
5. All offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher on the same day but can be redeemed separately.
6. Offers are only valid for the customer named on the voucher.
7. Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
8. Match Play / Free play, Free Spins, Spin to Win & Points for Play vouchers are single use only and are subject to the following conditions;

Match Play / Free Play

9. If the free play / match play voucher is to be used on live gaming then it should be presented at the table and can be broken down into smaller bets subject to the table minimum.
10. If the offer is a ‘Match Play’ offer, you are required to stake an amount equivalent to the face value of the voucher and the casino will match that stake.
11. Winning promotional stakes are not retained and can be reused for another wager with the exception that if promotional chips are placed on the ‘outside even chance’ bets, if zero comes in on roulette, the promotional chips will lose.
12. Free play / match play and promotional chips cannot be used as progressive wagers.

13. You are required to stake all the promotional funds before being able to cash out.  

    Spin to Win Terms

14. The amount of ‘Spin to Win’ is detailed on the offer or on the voucher or offer being displayed in the App.
15. Spin to Win Vouchers can only be used on Roulette.
16. A Spin to Win voucher is valid for a single number straight up bet on Roulette, if the voucher is placed on the winning number on that spin, the customer will win the value stated on the voucher.

• i. E.g. If you placed your voucher on number 8 and the voucher stated £25 on it. If number 8 is the winning number. You would receive £25 and the voucher would be retained.
• ii. i.e. The voucher is equal to a £1 bet paying out at odds 25-1

17. The Spin to Win Voucher can only be used on one spin.
18. Only one voucher will be accepted on any individual spin therefore it is at the discretion of the manager when participants can redeem the offer.

Free Spins Terms

19. Free Spins can only be played on designated BOOM Slots machines in participating Genting Casinos.
20. Each offer will clearly state:

• i) The number of Free Spins
• ii) The specific game on which the Free Spins must be played (If Applicable)
• iii) The value per spin (e.g. “40 Free Spins on Book of Dead at 50p”)

21. If Applicable, Free Spins must be played on the stated game only and cannot be transferred to another game or machine.
22. Free Spins are single use and must be played in one session once activated.
23. Free Spins have no monetary value until played.
24. Any winnings generated from Free Spins will be credited to the customer’s balance, subject to the requirement that all Free Spins must be played before winnings can be cashed out.
25. The stake per spin is fixed at the stated value and cannot be increased, reduced or altered.
26. Free Spins that are not used within the stated promotional period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Points for Play Vouchers

27. Once redeemed at the cash desk the promotional chips can be played on Roulette, Blackjack or Baccarat
28. In all cases, the promotional stake is not returned on a winning bet.
29. The following additional conditions apply: -

• I. Roulette (Even Chances) a. If zero comes in, the promotional bet will lose.
• II. Blackjack a. If the outcome is a stand-off the promotional chip will be returned. b. Does not include any side bets including Progressive Bets c. You may Double Down or Split at your own cost.
• III. Baccarat a. The promotional chips can only be used on one coup unless outcome of a Tie where promotional chip will be returned and may be used on a subsequent hand. b. Does not include any side bets.

General Rewards

30. From time to time, Genting UK offers small rewards or a discounted point redemption value to our players such items like a pen, calendar or parking.
31. These rewards are offered to all players but are sometimes limited in the amount available.
32. These offers will clear state what your are entitled to on the front of the voucher.

How to Redeem all promotional offers

33. Go to the Kiosk at the casino either stated in your ‘Offers’ section of your app or the casino that has sent you this promotion and Insert your Loyalty Card.
34. Find and redeem the appropriate Free Play / Match Play voucher / Free Spins / Points for Player or General Reward.
35. The following offers/vouchers should be printed at the kiosk and redeemed at the cash desk

• Match Play Vouchers for Slots / E-Tables (if you have no e-cash on your account)
• General Rewards

36. The following offers will automatically be added to your account with the amount stated in the offer once they are redeemed from the kiosk

• Free Points

37. The following offers/vouchers should be redeemed directly at the table once printed from the kiosk: -

• Free Play Vouchers for a specific table
• Free Play Vouchers for all tables
• Match Play Vouchers for all tables.
• Spin to Win Vouchers (Roulette Only)
• Points for Play Vouchers (Roulette, Blackjack & Baccarat)

38. Customers wishing to redeem a Free Spin offer must first redeem the offer on the kiosk or through the My Genting App, where available.
39. Once the offer has been successfully redeemed, the Free Spins will be made available when the customer inserts their My Genting Card into a participating BOOM Slots machine.
40. Any available Free Spins will be prompted on screen and if applicable can only be played on the specified BOOM game stated in the offer.

General Terms and Conditions

41. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing (See Irregular Play) or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
42. The Promoters reserve the right to:
    • i. refuse to accept any entry if a voucher appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed;
    • ii. Void any entries (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms;
    • iii. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or iv. Exclude participation where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
43. In the event that a participant who has redeemed a voucher has their membership to Genting Casino revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion and any outstanding money will be returned to them.
44. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the on Duty Manager.
45. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.

Irregular Play

46. The promotor reserves the right to cancel and void all or part of your free play / match play promotional value in the event that the customer is participating in irregular play that the promotor, in our sole discretion deem to be abusive.
47. The word ‘irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any of the following practices:-

• On Roulette in a single spin, one or more of:-

o Covering 24 or more of the 37 available numbers o Betting on Red and Black o Betting on Odds and Evens o Betting on both 1-18 (inclusive) and 19-36 (inclusive) o Betting on all three columns of the table layout o Betting on all three dozens.

• On Baccarat betting on both the Banker and Player on the same coup

48. Where customers are suspected of abusing a promotional offer, either on their own or in association with other customers, the promotor reserves the right to restrict the customer from any further free play / match play bonuses.
