Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. This promotion is open to all Genting Customers aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
2. All non-point based offers redeemed from the kiosk at the casino will be valid on the day of redemption at that casino only unless a greater period is stated on the voucher.
3. All free point offers will be valid for 12 months once redeemed from the kiosk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the My Genting scheme, for the full My Genting T&C’s click here
4. All offers cannot be used with any other promotion or voucher on the same day.
5. The offer is only valid for the customer named on the voucher only.
6. Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Match Play / Free play & Spin to Win vouchers are single use only and are subject to the following conditions;

Match Play / Free Play

8. If the free play / match play voucher is to be used on live gaming then it should be presented at the table and can be broken down into smaller bets subject to the table minimum.
9. If the offer is a ‘Match Play’ offer, you are required to stake an amount equivalent to the face value of the voucher and the casino will match that stake.
10. Winning promotional stakes are not retained and can be reused for another wager with the exception that if promotional chips are placed on the ‘outside even chance’ bets, if zero comes in on roulette, the promotional chips will be halved.
11. Free play / match play and promotional chips cannot be used as progressive wagers.
12. You are required to stake all the promotional funds before being able to cash out.

Spin to Win Terms

13. The amount of ‘Spin to Win’ is detailed on the offer or on the voucher or offer being displayed in the App.
14. Spin to Win Vouchers can only be used on Roulette.

15. A Spin to Win voucher is valid for a single number straight up bet on Roulette, if the voucher is placed on the winning number on that spin, the customer will win the value stated on the voucher.

    i. E.g. If you placed your voucher on number 8 and the voucher stated £25 on it. If number 8 is the winning number. You would receive £25 and the voucher would be retained.

    ii. i.e. The voucher is equal to a £1 bet paying out at odds 25-1

16. The Spin to Win Voucher can only be used on one spin.
17. Only one voucher will be accepted on any individual spin therefore it is at the discretion of the manager when participants can redeem the offer.

How To Redeem

18. Go to the Kiosk at the casino either stated in your ‘Offers’ section of your app or the casino that has sent you this promotion and Insert your Loyalty Card.
19. Find and redeem the appropriate Free Play / Match Play voucher.
20. The following offers/vouchers should be printed at the kiosk and redeemed at the cash desk

21. The following offers will automatically be added to your account with the amount stated in the offer once they are redeemed from the kiosk

22. The following offers/vouchers should be redeemed directly at the table once printed from the kiosk: -

    • Free Play Vouchers for all tables
    • Match Play Vouchers for all tables.

General Terms and Conditions

23. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing (See Irregular Play) or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
24. The Promoters reserve the right to:

i. refuse to accept any entry if a voucher appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed;

ii. Void any entries (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms;

iii. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or

iv. Exclude participation where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.

25. In the event that a participant who has redeemed a voucher has their membership to Genting Casino revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion and any outstanding money will be returned to them.
26. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the on Duty Manager.
27. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.

Irregular Play

28. The promotor reserves the right to cancel and void all or part of your free play / match play promotional value in the event that the customer is participating in irregular play that the promotor, in our sole discretion deem to be abusive.

29. The word ‘irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any of the following practices:-

• On Roulette in a single spin, one or more of:-

• Covering 24 or more of the 37 available numbers;
• Betting on Red and Black;
• Betting on Odds and Evens;
• Betting on both 1-18 (inclusive) and 19-36 (inclusive);
• Betting on all three columns of the table layout;
• Betting on all three dozens

• On Baccarat betting on both the Banker and Player on the same coup

30. Where customers are suspected of abusing a promotional offer, either on their own or in association with other customers, the promotor reserves the right to restrict the customer from any further free play / match play bonuses.
