Becoming a Finalist again is a strong reflection of the continued focus we’ve placed on developing our culture and listening to what matters most to our colleagues. It recognises the steps we’ve taken to build an environment where people feel supported, included and able to grow.

This shortlisting also highlights the importance of maintaining momentum. While we’re proud of the progress made so far, we see this recognition as an opportunity to keep learning, improving and building on the foundations already in place.
