Have you heard? Genting Casino Reading is undergoing a stunning £2 million refurbishment, introducing new gaming tables, upgraded machines, a new bar and dining area and much more to make your visit even more memorable. There's also a spectacular relaunch event planned for Saturday 5 December with live entertainment, cocktails, canapes & more!
Work is now underway on their new look, which will introduce new gaming tables, upgraded slot machines and an enhanced poker area. All electronic table games will also be upgraded with new Velos terminals, bringing the latest gaming technology to the casino floor.
A new Mahjong room is also planned to launch. The dedicated space comes as Mahjong, a traditional Chinese tile-based game, is becoming more popular, particularly for the younger members of the casino, and is enjoying a moment on social. Their new space will make it even more enjoyable to enjoy a game at Reading casino.
The transformation will be evident from the moment you step inside, with a new, redesigned entrance creating additional space for entertainment and an even more inviting reception. Beyond the gaming floor, their new bar and casual dining area will offer a relaxed space to enjoy food and drinks, catch major sporting events and enjoy regular live entertainment. The refurbishment will also include upgraded toilets and improvements to the casino’s exterior, building on recent work, to further enhance the car park.
Reading’s loyal customers will continue to enjoy the existing entertainment while the phased refurbishment takes shape over the coming weeks. Building work is scheduled for weekday working hours to minimise the impact on guests during evenings and weekends. If you have any questions about your visit during the work the team will be happy to help.
The renovations are due to be completed by the end of November, with a spectacular relaunch event planned for Saturday 5 December with live entertainment, cocktails, canapes & more! We'll share all the details very soon.
With exciting improvements on the way, save the date and stay tuned for more updates (and a sneak peek at their new look) from Genting Casino Reading as they get closer to launch.
