All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, agents or agencies and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion who are all precluded from participation.
  2. You must be a member of Genting Casinos, registered for the Loyalty Programme and over the age of 18. If not registered Customers can sign up on the day of entry. Genting operate a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.
  3. This offer entitles you to the reward stated on the front of the voucher.
  4. Once redeemed from the kiosk at the casino stated in the offer, the reward should be redeemed from the cash desk as soon as possible and within 6 months.
  5. All rewards are subject to availability.

How to Redeem

  1. Go to the Kiosk at the casino either stated in your ‘Offers’ section of your app or the casino that has sent you this promotion and Insert your Loyalty Card.
  2. Find and press to redeem the specific reward voucher.
  3. Take the voucher to the Cashdesk to receive your reward.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
  2. The Promoters reserve the right to: i. refuse to accept any entry if a voucher appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed; ii. Void any entries (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; iii. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or iv. Exclude participation where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
  3. In the event that a participant who has redeemed a voucher has their membership to Genting Casino revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion.
  4. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the on Duty Manager.
  5. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.
