Terms and Conditions of Entry

3. Once redeemed from the kiosk at the casino stated in the offer, the voucher will be valid on the day of redemption at that casino only unless a greater period is stated on the voucher.
4. Point Play vouchers are single use only and are subject to the following conditions;

5. The type of Point is detailed on the voucher or on the offer being displayed in the App.
6. Cannot be used with any other promotion or voucher on the same day.
7. Valid for the customer named on the voucher only.
8. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. No change will be given.

10. Once redeemed at the cash desk the promotional chips can be played on Roulette, Blackjack or Baccarat with the following restrictions: -

    I. Roulette (Even Chances) a. Promotional stake not returned on winning bet. b. If zero comes in, you will receive half the value of the promotional chip and the promotional chip will be retained.

II. Roulette (Straight Up) a. Promotional stake not returned on winning bet.

III. Blackjack a. Promotional stake not returned on winning bet. b. If the outcome is a stand-off the promotional chip will be returned. c. Does not include any side bets including Blackjack Aces. d. You may Double Down or Split at your own cost.

IV. Baccarat a. Promotional stake not returned on winning bet. b. The promotional chips can only be used on one coup unless outcome of a Tie where promotional chip will be returned and may be used on a subsequent hand. c. Does not include any side bets.

How to Redeem

11. Go to the Kiosk at the casino either stated in your ‘Offers’ section of your app or the casino that has sent you this promotion and Insert your Loyalty Card.
12. Find and redeem the Point voucher.
13. Take the voucher to the cash desk to redeem and it will be exchanged for promotional chips.

14. The promotional chips can then be played on Roulette, Blackjack or Baccarat.

    General Terms and Conditions

15. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
16. The Promoters reserve the right to: i. refuse to accept any entry if a voucher appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed; ii. Void any entries (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; iii. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or iv. Exclude participation where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
17. In the event that a participant who has redeemed a voucher has their membership to Genting Casino revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion and any outstanding money will be returned to them.
18. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the on Duty Manager.

19. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.
