All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.

Slot Tournament Terms & Conditions

1. Tournament promotion runs at the dates and times shown in the table below
2. Places in the tournament sessions are strictly on a first come first serve basis.
3. Genting Casinos reserve the right to adjust the number of entries according to demand.
4. Seat allocation at the tournament will be determined at the point of registration and at the discretion of Genting Casino’s management and Tournament Host, in accordance with the level of demand.
5. Genting Casino reserves the right to alter the format of the tournament or withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

Conditions of Entry

6. This promotion is open to all Genting UK customers aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents or agencies and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion who are all precluded from participation.
7. Genting operate a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic id with you.
8. All entrants may view the tournament terms and conditions prior to the commencement of a tournament and all entrants must abide by the terms and conditions or risk disqualification.
9. The Management of the Genting Casino reserve the right to refuse any pre-registration request for entry into a tournament and participation of any nominated substitute in any tournament.

How to Enter

10. Players may register for the tournament via the Slots Host on the day of the tournament.
11. Registration for each tournament session starts at the tournaments start time and closes 10 minutes prior to the end time.

Cost of Entry

12. Tournament sessions are free to enter.

13. One entry per person, per tournament session.

15. Prizes will be paid out via cash desk.
16. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative will be offered for non- cash prizes, prizes must be redeemed on the day they are won.

18. Identification is required for membership.
19. Prizes will be loaded onto the winners My Genting Rewards Cards and are non-transferable
20. Slots Free plays are valid until 30 days after the date redeemed and can be used on slots only.

22. The Promoters reserve the right to change or substitute a prize if they reasonably deem it necessary.

When a casino is added, no other terms are affected.

Tournament Format

23. The Casino will determine the allocation of players within each tournament.
24. Each participating player will start with 0 credits (points) on the ‘REEL TOURNAMENT GAME’ (for further details regarding the game please speak to tournament host) and will accrue credits during their turn. Tournament credits carry no cash value and are solely for the purpose of the tournament.
25. Each player session lasts for 3 minutes.
26. In the event that a feature is activated prior to the end of the tournament session, then the feature will be played out in its entirety and any points earned will count towards the player’s final total.
27. In the event of a tournament machine malfunction, the game for that player will become void. If the malfunction of the machine can be resolved, then the effected player may re – enter. If the malfunction of the machine cannot be resolved, the tournament cannot continue and all scores for that session will be void. Players will be able to re – enter the next available tournament session.
28. After each players session the players remaining credit score will be recorded by the Slot Host.
29. The participants who achieve the 3 highest scores (final amounts in credit, rules in ‘Tie Break’ Section applies) at the end of the tournament session shall win the associated prize as stated above.
30. The tournament winners must be present at the conclusion of the tournament to claim the prize. Should the winners not be present, the prize will be paid to the participant with the next highest score present. Winners, if not already, will be required to become a My Genting member to collect the prize.

Tie Break

31. For the tournament session in the event of a tie for the prize-winning positions then the prizes associated will be shared equally between tied players e.g., if two players are tied for 1st place then the prize money associated with 1st and 2nd position would be divided equally between those players. If 2 or more players are tied for 2nd position, then the prize money for 2nd position will be divided equally between those players.

Conduct of Play

32. The Duty Manager may disqualify any player who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or whose behaviour is assessed as being detrimental to the integrity or the proper conduct of the tournament, including but not limiting to the following examples:
    • A) Abuse of casino employees, either verbally or physically.
    • B) Abuse of entrants, either verbally or physically.
33. Where a player does not take an allotted seat at the specified times as nominated by the tournament host/duty Manager then the player shall forfeit his/her place in the tournament.
34. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager.
35. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.
36. In the event that a participant has their membership to Genting Casino Derby revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from any further participation in the tournament

General Terms

37. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
38. The promoters reserve the right to:
    • A) Void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms.
    • B) Amend, alter, or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or
    • C) Terminate any entry (including winning entries) where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.

39. All data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy that is available at Reception and at https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/privacy-policy/
40. The Surname and County of the Winner/s will be available upon request 24 hours after the Tournament.
41. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by speaking with a member of the Management Team, nevertheless the information will be shared with Government agencies if required.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

42. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England (in relation to our casinos located in England) and the laws of Scotland (in relation to our casinos located in Scotland) and the courts of England and Scotland (respectively) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
