Our trainee croupier Training School is an exciting way to begin a career in the casino industry, learning a specialist skill that can open the door to a wide range of future opportunities.

Designed for those who are new to gaming, the programme combines hands-on training with expert support, helping you build confidence, knowledge and professionalism from day one. No previous casino experience is required – just the enthusiasm to learn and develop a new skill.

What You'll Need

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. To successfully complete the programme, you'll need:

Intermediate-level maths skills
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
A professional and positive approach
The ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights
Applicants must be over the age of 18 and able to pass a DBS check in order to obtain a license.
