Summary

Members of Genting Casinos, signed up for e-mail or text marketing will receive one Genting survey following a visit during each prize draw period. Once submitted and received by Genting UK this will give them one entry into a prize draw where they could be in with a chance of winning 10,000 My Genting reward points. One entry per member, per prize draw, subject to the completion and receipt by Genting UK of the survey within the prize draw period.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Prize draw details- Visit between the below dates to receive a survey to be completed for entry into each prize draw. a. Prize Draw 1- Visit on a gaming day between 30th November 2023 and 31st May 2024. b. Prize Draw 2- Visit on a gaming day between 1st June 2024 and 30th November 2024.
  2. A gaming day is (06:00-05:59)- Individual casino opening/closing times will vary.
  3. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon prize draw entry via submission of the survey.
  4. This promotion is open to all Genting UK Members registered for My Genting, who are signed up to receive e-mail or text marketing aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, except their families, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
  5. The promotion is free to enter, no purchase necessary.
  6. One entry per person per draw.

 How To Enter

  1. Members of Genting Casinos, registered for My Genting will be sent a survey following a visit to a Genting Casino if they are signed up to receive e-mail or text marketing.
  2. Visits must be logged at reception on entry to receive a survey.
  3. Members will only receive one survey for each prize draw.
  4. The survey must be fully completed, submitted, and received by Genting UK to receive an entry into the prize draw.
  5. Fully completed surveys must be received by Genting UK by 24:00 on the following days. Prize Draw 1- 31st May 2024 Prize Draw 2- 30th November 2024

    The prize draw winner will receive 10,000 My Genting Points

Prize Terms & Conditions

  1. Winnings will be added to their My Genting account balance.
  2. Points prizes will be valid for 12 months once awarded and are subject to the terms & conditions of My Genting Rewards. Full terms and conditions for Genting Rewards can be located at the casino reception or online at; https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/mygenting/
  3. Prize is non-transferable, no alternative will be offered.
  4. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification in order to claim their prize.
  5. The Promoters reserve the right to change or substitute a prize if they reasonably deem it necessary.
  6. The promoters accept no responsibility or liability for any additional costs associated with a prize.

Selection of Winner

  1. The prize draw will take place within 5 days of the closure of each prize draw.
  2. The prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received.
  3. The winner will be informed by e-mail or text within 7 days of the closure of a prize draw using the associated e-mail address or mobile phone number.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
  2. The Promoters reserve the right to: a. Void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; b. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or c. Terminate any entry (including winning entries) where entrants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
  3. The Promoters accept no responsibility or liability for: a. incomplete or illegible entries or entries not successfully completed due to input error or a technical fault or interruption (for example a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind. or non-availability of any network or interface b. Any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.
  4. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the promotor.

Your Data

  2. Surname and County of the Prize Draw winner will be available for up to 30 days following the end of a prize draw by enquiring at their local casino.
  3. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by speaking with a member of the Management Team, nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
