Fountainpark competition funds family reunion in Hong Kong
The winner of the Genting Club Fountainpark ‘Holiday of a Lifetime’ competition is sending his Mum on exactly that, using his winnings to fly her to Hong Kong for a long overdue family reunion.
A regular customer at Genting Club Fountainpark, Stephen Ng had made a promise to his Mum at the start of the year to help her fund a trip to see her family, so when he was announced as the winner of the competition, he instantly knew what he wanted to do with the prize.
Stephen comments: “I was absolutely delighted to be told I had won the competition;I have never won anything like that before so it came as a real shock. I had the option of either a trip to the Bahamas, a 7 night cruise or £2,000 cash. Whilst the holidays did sound very appealing, the money means I can fulfil my promise to my Mum and help her realise her dream of seeing her family again after so many years.
“So many generations of our family have been regulars at Fountainpark it seems only right that Mum gets to benefit from our visits there too.”
Indeed, Stephen is the third generation of his family to frequent Genting Club Fountainpark, with his Grandmother and Grandfather previous customers and his Father a regular for more than a decade too. Stephen explains: “There is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Fountainpark.
