Enter our Instagram competition to be in with a chance to win a £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Promotion starts Saturday, 14th February 2026 at 18:00
2. Promotion ends Sunday, 22nd February 2026 at 23:59
3. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
4. The winners will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. The prize entitles the winner to 1x £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card.
12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S)

16. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw. A third-party algorithm will be used to randomly select winners from all valid entries.
17. Two winners will be drawn for this promotion.
18. The winners will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post by Tuesday, 24th February 2026. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact the winner via a comment and another private message. If after we have made these attempts over 48h the winner does not respond, another winner from all qualifying entries will be selected. To claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.
19. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification and proof of UK residency to claim the prize.

GENERAL TERMS

20. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) refuse to accept any entry; (ii) void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; or (iii) amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for: (i) incomplete entry forms; nor (ii) any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: (i) Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor (ii) Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.
23. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
24. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
25. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.

Prize terms and conditions

11. Winner will be required to provide valid photographic identification to claim their prize.

12. The Promoters reserve the right to change or substitute a prize if they reasonably deem it necessary.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, no alternatives will be offered.

14. The prize can be collected from the casino reception, where a casino manager will give the theatre tickets, once the winner/customer has provided their name and full, valid photo I.D.

15. The prize is valid on Friday 20th February 2026 only and must be collected by the winner by this date.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with the prize (e.g. transport to collect the prize, insurance or other incidentals)

Selection of Winner(s)

17. At the conclusion of the promotion, one winner will be selected by means of a random draw from all valid entrants.

18. The winner/s will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post on 12/02/2026 by 5pm. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the contacted participant does not respond within 24 hours of the private message, we will attempt to contact them again. If the contacted participant does not respond within 24 hours of the second attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to void the result and nominate an alternative winner. To claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, address, date of birth (for age verification purposes), phone number and email address.

19. The Promoter’s decision on any dispute or query will be final.

General Terms

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: -

a. Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor

b. Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.

Entrants accept that the use of their personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Genting UK plc Privacy Statement prior to the withdrawal of their consent shall not be unlawful and that where their consent is withdrawn, any entry already submitted into the Competition will be cancelled and withdrawn by Genting.

30. Surname and County of the Prize Draw winners will be available until 07/03/2026.

31. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by speaking with a member of the Management Team, nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

33. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England (in relation to our casinos located in England) and the laws of Scotland (in relation to our casinos located in Scotland) and the courts of England and Scotland (respectively) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
