TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Promotion starts Sunday, 21st December 2025 at 18:00
2. Promotion ends Sunday, 4th January 2026 at 23:59
3. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
4. The winner will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
5. There are no entry fees and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10. Gift voucher for an overnight stay for two at the Genting Hotel, Resorts World: 10.1. Bookings must be made by calling the reservations team on 0121 273 1000 10.2. Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Stay must take place within this time. 10.3. The voucher code must be provided at booking stage. 10.4. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. 10.5. All guests must be over the age of 18. 10.6. Overnight stay will be in a signature double or twin room. 10.7. The voucher is valid for maximum two guests. 10.8. Each voucher includes 1hr 30min spa access (7am - 10am & 3pm - 9.45pm, subject to availability). 10.9. Spa treatments are not included but can be added, subject to availability, at the time of booking and must be booked and paid for at the same time as the overnight stay. 10.10. 11. 1x £100 spend at High Line, Resorts World Casino: 11.1. As High Line is located inside Resorts World Casino, it is for over 18s only and operates under a strict Challenge 25 policy upon entry. 11.2. £100 spend will be added to the bar tab of the winner following successful booking. 11.3. 12. 1x £25 free play 12.1. Free play can be collected at cash desk at Genting Casino Resorts World Birmingham within 6 months of receiving the winning confirmation email 12.2. 13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification to claim their prize.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S)

17. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw.
18. The winner/s will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post by Tuesday, 6th January 2026. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the winner does not respond to the private message within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact the winner. If after we have made 3 attempts, over 48 hours, and the winner does not respond, another winner from all qualifying entries will be selected. To claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.
19. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification and proof of UK residency to claim the prize.

GENERAL TERMS

20. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) refuse to accept any entry; (ii) void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; or (iii) amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for: (i) incomplete entry forms; nor (ii) any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: (i) Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor (ii) Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.
23. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
24. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
25. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
