How do I receive My £10 in points for downloading the My Genting App?

Go to the badges and find the 'Newbie' badge, you will be able to redeem 500 points for the challenge and 500 points for the badge separately, this will give 1000 points in total. When you have redeemed 500 points for the badge this will turn gold. When you redeem 500 points for the challenge 'Downloading the app' this will also turn gold.

I have completed a challenge or badge and haven't got my points yet

Go to the badge with the associated challenges, any completed challenges or badges should have a 'redeem now' button showing. To redeem badge points click on 'redeem now' under the badge and this will turn gold, to redeem challenges click on 'redeem now' next to the challenge found underneath the badge, this will then turn gold. Points should appear in your account within 5 minutes. Please note some challenges take up to 48 hours to show as complete as the data is checked and confirmed. Challenges around visits and play only start when the app is downloaded - previous play and visit data do not count.

If you do not see a 'redeem now' button this means you haven't completed the challenge or the badge, keep track of your challenges completed by looking at the badge progress bars.

How do I delete my ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account?

You can delete your account data via the settings area found in the main menu within the App. Please note that this will only delete your ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account information ( username, password, email address, phone number) and not any data that is stored in relation to your Genting Casinos membership more generally. If you do not have access to your app account and wish to delete your ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account please email mygenting@gentinguk.com.

How do I sign-up for the app?

To create an account, you must first be a My Genting member and sign up using the ‘Casino Member Only’ option with your card number and date of birth. If you are not a member, you can register during your next visit to one of our casinos or follow the non-member sign-up option to pre-register and set up an app account.

My recent visits or game activity have not updated in the app

In order for visits to be logged you will need to register your visit at reception on arrival. Similarly, for any play at live tables to be recorded you will need to show your memberhip card when sitting at the table. It can take up to 48 hours for badges or challenges to be marked as complete in the app. If you have recently visited then please check back again later. If you have completed a 'Birthday Visit' then this badge will update the day after your birthday regardless of the day you visited that counts towards completion.

I visited Resorts World but the badge has not updated

In order for the challenge to be updated you will need to have booked / purchased with the same email address as your casino account (this may not be the same one that you used for your app account). If you are not sure what email address you need to use you can check your account details in the app or at reception on your next visit to a casino. If you have booked your Resorts World experience through a 3rd party (such as booking.com) you will need to ensure you updated your details at the venue to match your casino email address. It can take up to 48 hours for badges or challenges to be marked as complete in the app. If you have visited recently then please check back again later.

I registered online but the badge has not updated

The online sign up badge must be completed by using the link in our app and by following all subsequent deposit requirements on the following screens and emails from our online partner. This badge is only available for new members of GentingCasino.com and will not complete if you have signed up with them previously or if you have signed up directly on their website. You can find more details on that badge page. If you have not signed up previously and have followed all the required steps including deposits please allow up to 48 hours for your activity to update in our app.

It can take up to 48 hours for badges or challenges to be marked as complete in the app. If you have visited recently then please check back again later.
