Safety of our staff and guests remains high in our priorities, and we ask you to be mindful of the latest Government guidelines when visiting our casinos. Here's a run-down of key things to note for your next casino visit:

Our doors are fully open

We're pleased to share with you that there are no limits on capacity. So, our warm welcome is extended to as many friends and family as you'd like to bring along.

Keeping it clean

As always hygiene remains a priority for us all. That’s why we’re keeping sanitation stations and regular cleaning to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit.

Take your seat

Join the action at our live blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables - but please respect other customers space.

Face masks

Face masks are no longer mandatory in casinos for both staff and customers. You can continue to wear one if you wish. We have some available at reception for you if needed,

Keeping the distance

Please respect and consider other customers and our colleagues need for space.

Food and drink orders can now be placed at the bar. Or table service is still available if you prefer to rest your feet.

SAFETY AT OUR CASINOS IN SCOTLAND…

Latest Governement guidelines in Scotland still require our covid safety precautions to stay in place:

• Player limits are still in place for Live Gaming tables - up to a max of 4 guests per table
• Capacity restrictions are still in place to ensure there's enough room to social distance
• Face coverings are still mandatory until April 2022.
• Food and drinks are still table service only, but last orders have been extended until 11.30pm

AS A REMINDER…

If you have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus get a PCR test (test that is sent to a lab) to check if you have coronavirus as soon as possible to ensure it's safe for you to visit. Whilst other symtoms have been reported, the most important symptoms of Covid-19 are still as follows:

• a new continuous cough
• a high temperature
• a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell
