OVERVIEW

Win a month of pizza at your chosen casino in March 2025. All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Promotion starts Sunday, 9th February 2025 at 11:00
2. Promotion ends Sunday, 16th February 2025 at 23:59
3. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
4. The winner will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

7. The Promotion is featured on Instagram.
8. The competition post will be featured on Genting Casinos UK Instagram page.
9. To enter; you must be following ‘Genting Casinos UK Instagram account, like the original competition post and comment with the name of the person you would like to bring with you and the name of the Genting Casino you would wish to claim your pizza if you won.

10. Free pizza at your chosen casino during March 2025

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. Winner will be entitled to one pizza per gaming day during March 2025, should the person named by the winner on the social media post attend they will receive one extra pizza. (2 pizzas maximum per gaming day should both attend).
12. A gaming day is 06:00-05:59 the following day.
13. Subject to pizza availability at the chosen casino.
14. Offer excludes Colony Club, Palm Beach and Forty-Five Kensington.
15. Social Media message must be shown to redeem prize. Redemption casino will also be informed of winner and their guests’ details.
16. Guest must be over the age of 18 if attends and may be required to provide valid identification.
17. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
18. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
20. Winner may be required to provide valid photographic identification and proof of UK residency to claim the prize.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S)

21. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw.
22. The winner/s will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post no later than 4pm on Tuesday, 18th February 2025. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact the winner. If after these 4 attempts, over 48 hours, the winner does not respond, another winner from all qualifying entries will be selected. If after the second winner has failed to respond, the prize will be forfeited. To claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.

GENERAL TERMS

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: - I. technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface. Nor. II. Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes
24. The Promoter reserves the right to: I. Amend, alter, or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. II. Void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms. III. Terminate any entry (including winning entries) where entrants/guests are subject to any barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.
25. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
26. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
27. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
28. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Meta or Instagram.

YOUR DATA

29. All data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter Privacy policy that is available at Reception and https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/privacy-policy/
30. Surname and County of the Prize Draw winner will be available until 1st April 2025 by contacting Digital.Marketing@gentinguk.com.
31. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by contacting Digital.Marketing@gentinguk.com nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.
32. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will be processed by the promoter, not Instagram.

• We do not allow any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/commentary.
• Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys will not be allowed. This includes legal action involving Genting Casinos UK or any of its properties, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Genting Casinos UK or its properties, or offering other legal advice.
• Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Genting Casinos UK team.
• People who repeatedly abuse this policy will be blocked from our channels. To avoid being blocked please think before you post.
• All content shared on any of Genting Casinos UK social channels is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.
