SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The goal of our social media channels is to inform, chat, promote and connect with our community in a fun, relevant way. By engaging with us via social media, you agree to the below guidelines which we have put in place:

• Any comments that contain spam (irrelevant links or repeated self-promotion), hate speech, offensive, abusive or discriminatory language will be removed.
• Any sexually explicit material or material containing nudity will be removed.
• Content in violation of Genting UK copyright or intellectual property rights and confidential, proprietary business information is prohibited.
• We do not allow any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/commentary.
• Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys will not be allowed. This includes legal action involving Genting Casinos UK or any of its properties, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Genting Casinos UK or its properties, or offering other legal advice.
• Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Genting Casinos UK team.
• People who repeatedly abuse this policy will be blocked from our channels. To avoid being blocked please think before you post.
• All content shared on any of Genting Casinos UK social channels is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.

We may need to update these rules from time to time and we appreciate your understanding on this. If ever you come across something on our social channels that you feel conflicts with our Community Rules, please feel free to send us a direct message and our team will investigate this further for you.

We will endeavour to respect our audience’s privacy at all times. Please note that by joining our social media channels you agree to our Privacy Policy as set out here. Our social media channels are monitored Monday to Friday, during business hours, with limited monitoring after hours and on public holidays. Genting Casinos UK Limited are licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

Overview

Instagram competition to be in with a chance to win dinner for four at Genting Casino Westcliff.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Promotion starts Saturday 22nd August 2026 at 12:00.

2. Promotion ends Sunday 6th September 2026 at 14:00.

3. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.

4. Genting operates a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.

5. The winner/s will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post on Instagram. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

7. A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted.

How to Enter

8. The Promotion is featured on Instagram.

9. The competition post will be featured on the Genting Casino Westcliff Instagram.

10. To enter; you must be following the ‘Genting Casino Westcliff’ Instagram account, have liked the post regarding the competition posted on the 22/08/2026 and commented with who you would bring if you won.

Prizes

11. 2 x Dinner for four at Genting Casino Westcliff.

Prize Terms and Conditions

12. The prize entitles the winners to dinner for 4 at Genting Casino Westcliff on any day of the week, including: a 3-course meal off the A La Carte menu, and 2 bottles of either white, red, or rose house wine. To be booked by emailing westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk.

13. The prize must be redeemed by Wednesday 30th September 2026.

14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.

15. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

17. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification and proof of UK residency to claim the prize.

18. Guests who attend must be aged 18 or over and may be required to display valid photographic identification.

Selection of Winner(s)

19. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw. A third party-algorithm will be used to randomly select the winners from all entries. Two unique winners will be selected.

20. The winners will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post no later than 14:00 on Sunday 6th September 2026. The winners will also be informed via a private message. If either of the winners do not respond within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact them. If after we have made four attempts, over 48 hours, and either of the winners have not respond, another winner from all qualifying entries will be selected. If after the second time the winner has failed to respond, the prize will be forfeited. In order to claim the prize, the winners will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.

21. Once the winners have responded to the direct Instagram message, they must redeem their prize by Wednesday 30th September 2026 via emailing westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk.

General Terms

22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for:

i. Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor

ii. Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.

23. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

24. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.

25. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

26. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.

27. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram.

28. The promoter reserves the right to.

(i) void any entries (and any prize if necessary), in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud or breach of these terms.

(ii) terminate any entry (including winning entries/prizes) where entrants/guests are subject to any barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.

Surname and County of the Prize Draw winners will be available until 30/10/2026 by contacting westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk

30. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by contacting westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.

31. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will be processed by the promoter, not Meta or Instagram.

Responsible Gambling

Genting Casinos are committed to a policy of promoting a responsible attitude to gambling and provides free literature within its Casinos for the information and benefit of all.
