INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK COMPETITION WESTCLIFF - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter Genting Casino Westcliff, The Western Esplanade, Westcliff-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea SS0 7QY. Genting Casino Westcliff is a trading name and premises of Genting Casinos UK Ltd. Registered in England 01519689. Address: Star City, Watson Road, Birmingham B7 5SA. Genting Casinos UK Limited are licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

Overview Instagram and Facebook competition to be in with a chance to win dinner for four at Genting Casino Westcliff.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Promotion starts Monday 21st October 2024, at 12:00.
2. Promotion ends Wednesday 6th November 2024, at 12:00.
3. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion.
4. Genting operates a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.
5. The winner/s will be chosen at random from all the qualifying entries on the original promotion post on Instagram and Facebook. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

How to Enter

7. The Promotion is featured on Instagram and Facebook.
8. The competition post will be featured on the Genting Casino Westcliff Instagram and Facebook page.
9. To enter; you must be following the ‘Genting Casino Westcliff’ Instagram account/Facebook account, have liked the post regarding the competition posted on the 21/10/2024 and commented with who you would bring if you won.

Prize Terms and Conditions

11. The prize entitles the winner to dinner for 4 at Genting Casino Westcliff on any day of the week, including: a 3-course meal off the A La Carte menu, and 2 bottles of either white, red, or rose house wine. To be booked by emailing westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk
12. The prize must be redeemed within 90 days of claiming the prize.
13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Selection of Winner(s)
16. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random prize draw.
17. The winner/s will be announced by way of comment on the original Instagram post and original Facebook Post on 06/11/2024. The winner will also be informed via a private message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we will make another two attempts to contact the winner. If after we have made 4 attempts, over 48 hours, and the winner does not respond, another winner from all qualifying entries will be selected. In order to claim the prize, the winner will have to reply to the private message with their full name, country, date of birth and email address.
18. Once the winner has responded to the direct Instagram and/or direct Facebook message, they will have 90 days to redeem their prize.
19. In the event that a participant has their membership to Genting Casino Westcliff revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from any further participation in the promotion.

General Terms

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for: - i. Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor ii. Cancellation of entries, late entries, cancellation, or substitution of prizes.
21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
23. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
24. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual claims/disputes arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta.
26. The promoter reserves the right to. (i) void any entries (and any prize if necessary), in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud or breach of these terms. (iii) terminate any entry (including winning entries/prizes) where entrants/guests are subject to any barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.

28. You may withdraw consent to your information being made available or request that less information be made available by contacting westcliffhost@gentingcasinos.co.uk nevertheless the information will be shared with Government Agencies if required.
29. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will be processed by the promoter, not Meta.

• We do not allow any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/commentary.
• Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys will not be allowed. This includes legal action involving Genting Casinos UK or any of its properties, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Genting Casinos UK or its properties, or offering other legal advice.
• Posts of a commercial nature or promoting events deemed inappropriate by the Genting Casinos UK team.
• People who repeatedly abuse this policy will be blocked from our channels. To avoid being blocked please think before you post.
• All content shared on any of Genting Casinos UK social channels is also subject to the specific Terms of Use of the channel itself.
