Is there a membership card?

Yes there is a membership card, you will need to use this for your initial sign up. Then use your card at all of our machines allowing us to track your game play and reward you.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual dress is fine for our casinos, but if you want to feel a bit more James Bond; Casino Royale and opt for a tux – we won’t say no!

Smart jeans and smart trainers are acceptable, however, football shirts, muscle/vest tops are not. Caps and other hats are also a no for the security and safety of all our members, as it is vital that we can see people clearly on our CCTV system.

How long are My Genting app rewards valid for?

Yes, we serve an extensive range of drinks at our late bars until closing. You'll find something to quench your thirst at our casino bars - from the perfect pint to a glass of fizz or maybe something a bit more special? Do I need to book before I visit?
