How do I receive My £10 in points for downloading the My Genting App?

Accepted Answer

Go to the badges and find the 'Newbie' badge, you will be able to redeem 500 points for the challenge and 500 points for the badge separately, this will give 1000 points in total. When you have redeemed 500 points for the badge this will turn gold. When you redeem 500 points for the challenge 'Downloading the app' this will also turn gold.

I have completed a challenge or badge and haven't got my points yet

Go to the badge with the associated challenges, any completed challenges or badges should have a 'redeem now' button showing. To redeem badge points click on 'redeem now' under the badge and this will turn gold, to redeem challenges click on 'redeem now' next to the challenge found underneath the badge, this will then turn gold. Points should appear in your account within 5 minutes. Please note some challenges take up to 48 hours to show as complete as the data is checked and confirmed. Challenges around visits and play only start when the app is downloaded - previous play and visit data do not count. If you do not see a 'redeem now' button this means you haven't completed the challenge or the badge, keep track of your challenges completed by looking at the badge progress bars.

How do I delete my ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account?

You can delete your account data via the settings area found in the main menu within the App. Please note that this will only delete your ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account information (username, password, email address, phone number) and not any data that is stored in relation to your Genting Casinos membership more generally. If you do not have access to your app account and wish to delete your ‘My Genting Rewards’ app account please email mygenting@gentinguk.com.

How do I sign-up for the app?

To create an account you will first have to be a My Genting member and sign up using the 'Genting Member' option with your card number and DOB. If you are not a member you can register on your next visit to one of our casinos or follow the non-member sign-up option to pre-register and set up an app account.

I already have a Genting membership but can't sign up

If the app can't find your My Genting account, the details may have changed since you first registered at the casino. Please visit reception at one of our casinos so that you can check and update your details if needed. After that, you should be able to log in as a Genting member.

I'm not able to log in to my app account

Accepted Answer

Please ensure that you are using details for this version of the My Genting App and not from a previous version. If you are a user of this app but have forgotten your password, visit the login screen and select ‘Forgotten your details’ to reset it. App accounts are separate from Genting membership, so you will need to sign up even if you are already registered at a casino.

If you entered a phone number during registration, the message will be sent to your phone. If you entered only an email address, please check your spam or junk folders as it comes from a different sender than other Genting emails.
