How do I become a My Genting member?

You can join My Genting at any one of our UK Genting Casinos or you can pre-register here. Once signed up you will be issued with a My Genting membership card in casino.

What are casino opening hours?

Each of our Genting Casinos have different opening hours and closing hours, you can check the casino opening hours on our local casino pages.

Lost your reward card?

Inform your local casino upon losing your card, they will then issue you with a replacement card. On opening the app you will then need to enter your new card number and date of birth. We will then log you into your My Genting app with all previously completed challenges and available rewards.

Is there a membership card?

Yes there is a membership card, you will need to use this for your initial sign up. Then use your card at all of our machines allowing us to track your game play and reward you.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual dress is fine for our casinos, but if you want to feel a bit more James Bond; Casino Royale and opt for a tux – we won’t say no!

Smart jeans and smart trainers are acceptable, however, football shirts, muscle/vest tops are not. Caps and other hats are also a no for the security and safety of all our members, as it is vital that we can see people clearly on our CCTV system.
