Why We Need To Know

Initially, we will need you to provide valid photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence. As a high value customer, you may also be asked for details on your occupation to help us gain a better understanding of your personal circumstances.
If you are playing with significant amounts of cash, we may at some point ask you to confirm where the funds have come from.
Additionally, we may be required to ask you for some of the below examples of source of funds, including: -Recent Bank statements, wage slips, or P60s
We want to reassure you that this is a legal requirement and is a measure we need to take to ensure all our customers are playing in a safe environment. This extra information is required in accordance with our data protection policy. Please be assured that it will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any other organisations.
Will Other Casinos Ask Me For This Information?

What If I Refuse To Share My Details?
